Not able to log into my account

Today when I try to log into my account which is the administrator account I
got this message:

"The User Profile Service service failed to logon.
User profile can not be loaded."

what is this about? Someone PLEASE Help me.

Also I notice that the graphic looks like they are expanded... The Icons
look bigger than normal.
Is this related to me not being able to log into my account.
