Protect Administrator Account

Hi,I just installed Windows Vista Ultimate Service Pack 1,and I have create
my Administrator Account with Password Protected, and a Standard User for my
family.
But my brother loged in as a Standard User, did something in REGEDIT and I
saw that he can delete or change password of my Administrator Account.
How can I protect my administrator account, how to prevent from being deleted?
Please help me!
Thanks,

Re: Protect Administrator Account

First: A limited account need to have permission from a administrator to use
regedit, services.msc, mmc.exe, etc.
He must have one of those passwords.
