| | RE: Users sharing desktop icons Hi loafaries, These icons have probably been installed on the Public Desktop, which enables them to be seen by all users on theirs. All you need to do is to move them from the Public Desktop to the desktop(s) of the required user(s). They can then be deleted from the Public Desktop and will no longer appear on the desktop other than the one(s) that you place it on. This can also be used the other way round, to allow all users access to a program that only places its icons on a single user's desktop. See below for details of the location of the desktop folders.
