choose the account you would like to change box is blank

Hello

I have had this issue for a while and have posted before with no success in
finding a resolution. My account is the admin account on the PC. When I go
to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Manage Accounts. The box that should
show my accounts is blank. I can do things to accounts using the command
line method.

Any ideas of what it could be?

RE: choose the account you would like to change box is blank

I am having this exact same problem. I cannot figure it out. I too can
update accounts from the command prompt.

Anyone know about this?

Thank you,
Michael

Hello Larry and Michael,

You might check using this tutorial to see if your user account are set as hidden somehow. If they are, you can just unhide them to have them show back up.

User Account - Hide

Hope this helps,
Shawn
