Vista - See Account Administrator ( that's Me???)

I am having trouble trying to delete a standard user account. Under this user account the control panel is there. When I try to delete it through my account( the administrator) it tells me to see system administrator. Please help

Just to make sure that you are logged-in as the correct administrator: Do
you have other user or administrator accounts established? Can you get into
them? Can you get into your own administrator account? Do you see the user
account that you're trying to delete at Computer > Local Disk (C > users

If you have more than two administrator accounts be sure to log-in as the
administrator who had set up the user account in order to delete it. Also,
at times you may get a message saying that the account files can’t be
deleted because that account is logged on. In most cases, ignore the message
and delete anyways.

No I am the only administrator on the account. I have two user accounts me ( the administrator) then "xyz" (the standard user) I want my xp back
