| Ultimate x32 | Creating a new user on Vista Ultimate. I have tried to create a new User account however when I access Control Panel > User Account > Manage Accounts I have no Create New Account link. I have googled this issue but all the tutorials point to the use of this link which I just don't have. I would appreciate any advice that can be provided. Thanks, Mike. |
