No admin for our Vista PC

I'm sorry but cannot understand how to set up an admin. account in our new
Laptop with Vista Home Supreme. There is no admin. account so we can't
access things like cookies. How do we set up an admin. account we can both
use? Can someone explain it in simple plain English? Thank you...........

Re: No admin for our Vista PC

There is a question like yours that was solved here:

No Administrator Account

It's a long thread, and the instructions are rather complicated to follow. You should probably browse through the whole thread to get an idea of what the problem is. But on the second page of the thread, there is a reply by Jimmy Brush which gives a more succinct way of doing the changes needed.
Hope this helps...

Hi Lee, thanks. I set up an "Admin Account" and now have everything working
correctly. Thanks again! :^)
