- What folder are you trying to save it to?
- You mentioned "suddenly" - had you been able to save to that folder
before? If yes, what changed?
- Have you modified default security settings on the folder or taken
ownership of any files?

You should never be denied access to your user profile directory. Although,
please remember, that if you are trying to access the hidden junctions
inside your DOCUMENTS folder (such as documents/music, etc) these are not
folders, they are junctions, and the system will not allow access to them by
default (for a good reason).
