Vista - Can't Change View of Wallpaper in Vista 64 bit HP..

As the title implies I can't change my Wallpaper view as I normally could at one time.

Wondering if this has to do with Administrator Privileges or what?

This no Longer functions::



I can only use Full screen View not Tile or Center View.

Yes I Googled this, no luck.

Anyone Have a Clue?? How to FIX!!??

Hi Blue, and Welcome aboard!! All you have to do is set one image to open with MS

Paint in your MS Wallpaper folder, now all your Images will open as tiled or Centered

as you wanted!! Man it took me a wee bit of Time to figure this ODD bug out, but I

did!!

Also all your Images will still open with PAINT.net which I know you use and Love!!

But wanted to make sure folks Know how to fix this Issue should it come up

with their PC...

One last note the images it seems have to be less that the size of your Desktop
