Vista Home Edition - Roaming Profile Problem

Hello,

For some reason my user account in Vista Home Premium edition seems to have
changed to a roaming profile. There seems to be no option to change it back
to local.

In addition to this, there seems to be an extra profile in the Users folder
called Mike.V2 which seems identical.

Does anybody know whats going on here, how my profile changed to roaming
(i'm only a home user using a home version) and what I can to do to put
things back to normal?

Thanks
Mike.

Re: Vista Home Edition - Roaming Profile Problem

A 'roaming profile' in not possible in Vista Home versions and is a feature
of domain servers. Please explain what it is that you actually mean by
this. What do you see when you startup? You may have a corrupted user
profile, but haven't provided enough information for anyone to help you.
