| | I dont want the welcome screen or log in I am the only user of my computer and i haven´t set any passwords , i want the computer to start and go directly to the desktop without having to click on my user name. Please let me know how to remove this. |

| | RE: I dont want the welcome screen or log in There are two ways that I know of to do this, the first is a registry change, and the second is a small app that you can find at (http://www.intelliadmin.com/blog/200...s-xp-and.html). Both methods are discussed at that page. |

| | RE: I dont want the welcome screen or log in Sorry, the idea was good , but my onelive care beta has removed the admin account , and i cannot run the program( it says i must be admin) nor see the reg key ( iused regedit but there was no macht with what it was written in the web). I havent solved the problem , i tried in safe mode but i had no luck either, i did run the program as me (admin account) in safe mode but didnt change i still have to press that silly button to enter to my desktop even though i dont have any password.
