Microsoft sent me a password that doesn't work

i finally installed vista ultimate on my computer and i asked microsoft for
the password but when i typed it in the box to validate it said that it was
not genuine. i sent and email to support group but i haven't received a
responce. what can i do.? or what should i do?

You need to give us more details about the problem. There is no "password"
for Vista only a 25 character Product Keys and you do not install Vista and
then ask Microsoft for a password or product key. The product key is a part
of the installation package.

The other problem is that Vista has not been released to the public yet.
