delprof for Vista?

Is there a utility such as delprof for vista to delete user profiles? If so
where can I download it.

I am talking about user profiles stored in c:\Users. As fas as I know netsh
deals with LAN profiles.

While waiting for a utility (if Microsoft desides to build one), there is a
policy setting in Computer Configuration-->Administrative
Templates-->System-->User Profiles-->Delete User Profiles older than a
specified number of days.
