Strange problem. I can run Problem Reports & Solutions when I have the User
Account Controls disabled, but can't when I have it enabled. It also seems to
"lose" it's network connection, even though it hasn't and running the Network
Diagnostics verifies all is well.
It has to be a permission type of thing, but can't figure out where and
how. I am using an Administrator account the whole time so I have permission.
At least, that's what it says in User Accounts and the type of account I have.
