Vista Tutorial - nero 7 enhanced

I got vista on wednesday and getting frustrated with it already.
I downloaded the nero ultra 7.7.5.1 enhanced (vista compatible) demo from
nero website, it starts to install and then all boxes just vanish and nothing
else happens. Another box then appears saying windows installer had to close
the install!?

It has installed files on my PC but when I try to remove it from control
panel it asks me 20 some odd times if I'm sure i want to delete it, everytime
clicking 'yes' eventually to be told that i need permission to remove the
program, even though I am the administartor.

I've also gone straight into the destination folder and tried to run the
uninstaller directly but the same problems occur.

Does anybody know how i can remove this? Any help would be really appreciated

Have Comcast broadband and it took about 4 hours for it download, Nero site
is lousy, maybe you got a bad download, mine did install and is working ok.

I've tried downloading it from various places and everytime it just stops the
install at the same place. Its a nightmare as i used nero all the time on Xp
with no problems!!

That concerns me.
I am not familiar with Nero downloads but may have only one source, the
manufacturers website.
Are you sure the sources are legitimate?

Have you asked Nero support for help?

Right click the download and try "Run as Administrator"
Try Compatibility Mode.
