Passwords not working in Vista Business

I di da clean install of Vista business, keeping my XP Pro intact on a
separate drive and glad I did.
I do a lot of ordering of products from suppliers like Ingram Micro, once
Vista was up and running I could not log into Ingram's web site any more
using Vista, I booted back into my XP pro drive and no problem, I ran into
the same issue with other suppliers, support says Vista is the issue and
other s say IE 7. I had problems with IE 7 when I installed it on my XP
drive, and removed it and had to run repair on OS before it became stable
enough to use again.

So what is causing this, Vista or IE 7. I also notice the CAP might be on,
but I only get lower case letters, and vice a versa.

We have to use Vista for supporting it but to me Vista is just ME version 2.2

XP was the best I have ever used from MS, sorry to see it go.
