detecting changes to the system

I have Trend Micro PC-Cillan and it detected a key put into the registry
which will load a program called dpapimig.exe automatically the next time I
start my computer. What is it, and why does it want to load automatically? It
also has a -quiet switch. I cant find much info about it on the web.
