Vista - vista ultimate product key

i keep getting a window that says product key laready in use, i just bought
this vista upgrade from comp usa, i have the box recipt and everything right
in front of me there is no way its being used on another computer, what do i
do???

Select the option to call for activation.
Call Microsoft at the displayed number, usually done in 5 - 10
minutes.
