Help w/ Administration Password

okay so i just installed Vista but i want to switch back to XP just to get
some files. I go through the recovery process but it askes a password for the
administration i dont recall putting a password on XP is there a way to find
out the password so i could go back into XP? thanks

once, you are in Vista, their is no way to go back to XP unless you put the
vista HDD in a XP machine and access them as another drive in XP, or you can
completely format the drive.

why when it boots up it say i could go either to Vista or Earlier Windows XP
or something?
