not recommended.
it has serious faults.
nothing useable in the free version, have to pay for the upgrade to get anything.

and the author has a bad attitude.

And I have recommended TweakVI in the past, but now I agree with Mike: it
needs some work to be a real contender.

It's a crappy program, you're right in that the author has a bad attitude,
and the hoops you have to dance through every time there's an upgrade make it
a pain in the a$$.

Don't recommend it at all. There is another program which I'm now using
called Vista Manager at: http://www.yamicsoft.com/ which might do the trick
for you.

,many others have reported problems.

Sorry. Maybe you misunderstood. I'm using Vista Manager, not TweakVI.
