Vista - Show assigned software installations on boot?

Show assigned software installations on boot?

Is there a way to enable Vista to show assigned software installations
instead of the standard "Please Wait"?

In XP, it would show "Installing Office 2003" or whatever software that is
being installed from a GPO. But it is now gone in Vista.
