Vista - Parental Control PIN

I bought my new laptop with vista no problem but i bought one of the games
off the HP game console ( BEJEWELED 2 DELUXE) after paying and downloading
when i try to open the game it says that this game has been locked by your
parental controls enter pin to continue. or along those lines. the problem is
that i am the administrator the only one who uses this computer. i never set
any pin's or anything like that when i set up the computer. i tried to
disable the UAC but that still didnt work. very frustrating and would love
any sor of help. thank you
