system administrator

I'm trying to delete a Bluetooth program from my system, but Vista won't let
me saying I need to be the system admin.
As far as I know, I'm the owner and am the admin. How do I tell the computer
this?

Right click the setup program and click "Run as Administrator".

Not to sound 'dumb', but where is the setup program?

Look for a .exe file wherever you downloaded the program to.
