Vista - Parenal Controls: Limited account user adjusting clock

I have limited my girlfriends daughters usage of her laptop by limiting her
time to use the computer through time limitations found in prentatl controls.
She has found out that if she adjusts her time on her user account that she
can allow herself to staty on the computer at a later time. Is ther another
way to lock out her ability to adjust her time? This still limits her time
she can be on but allows her to adjust the time of the window so she can be
up later when her mother is asleep.

Are you referring to the clock time down in the notification area? Is that
the time that she is changing? Changing the time there requires access to
an account that possesses administrator privileges.

If she has an account in the administrator group or if there is an
unprotected administrator account (no password or one where she knows the
password), then she can continue to change the time. Close the loops so she
cannot access these settings and she'll be restricted to the hours you and
her mother have set.

If you've disabled UAC, consider UAC protected features as forfeit or
re-enable UAC to make use of them once again.
