Removing Programs Problems Due to "System Administrator" Denial

I have a similar problem as the people trying to install a program but can't
because the system administrator has denied access to this feature. The same
exact thing comes up except it happens when i try to remove a program through
the uninstall or change a program feature. I am the system administrator (and
the only user account) on my computer. How do I go about removing the program?
