Vista - software

I can't install my new hp printer software. Pop up says "This software cnnot
be installed using th 'Run as...' command. Says I must log off then log on as
an administrator. But I am an administrator. Please help me I am getting very
frustrated.

if the file is on your computer, right click on it and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.
if it is on a cd , you have to locate the SETUP file and do the same.

It's ok. I went back to the hp site and chated to support. The disk supplied
was not vista ready. He was very helpful and and directed me to a full
download that was the dame as the disk. I am happy now.
