cannot create new user account

Vista - cannot create new user account

baysdc n/a posts	cannot create new user account In control panel I am trying to create a new user account. When I click on "Add remove user accounts" nothing happens. I have a new Vista laptop, currently only have the administrator account, which is what I am in to try to do this....
