guest account has no start menu/web pages

ok, i'll try posting this again maybe it'll stick >

Guest accounts on either my desktop, with 64bit ultimate, and laptop with
32bit ultimate do not have a start menu. I click on the orb or hit the win
key, no menu appears. I can get to my computer via shortcut and everything
else appears to be working properly. That is, expect for the internet..

on both computers, opening IE, it does not draw web pages. It tries and
fails after the header of MSN.com and so many other sites. Reuters and most
pages it wouldn't draw at all.

My laptop wound up being crippled after i enabled and disabled the guest
account, and i had to re image it. This is.. sort of rediculous. Don't enable
your guest accounts.
