i need to register my computer but im in iraq now i cant log onto my computer

Even if you have failed to activate your PC - you can still start in reduced
functionality mode then you can activate by phone - the wizard ill give you
the phone number for the country you chooses to call for activate (try and
use one that speaks your native language). If none are local then use
another however you may well be charged international call charges even if
you are calling what would be a toll free number if you were in that
country).
