Product Key stolen?

I am german so my english is bad

Today I saw a key in my systemtray
I clicked on it and a windows opened that I have to activate my windows or
my windows won't work anymore

I bought it at the end of januar and never had problems with it
I also didn't chance my hardware!!

If I entry my key for online activation, it'll say that my key is already in
use

I uploaded 2 pictures
please help quickly

thank you in advance

It doesn't necessarily mean your key has been stolen. For some reason,
windows has decided something has changed to require re-activation (of
course I'm assuming you activated it back in January). Just try the phone
activation.

Re: Product Key stolen?

I wrote the same problem in a german message board and they also told me to
try a re-activation

but both online and phone activation doesn't work
the computervoice told me that there is a problem *bla bla* and it'll
connect me to a microsoft support
but the support is only to 11 pm available

so what can I do now?

I remember....... I installed 3 updates today
maybe it's caused by them?

Re: Product Key stolen?

Sounds like you will have to call before 11:00 PM.

Re: Product Key stolen?

Achim

You need to call for the activation at a time when a representative is
available to speak to you.

Re: Product Key stolen?

Yeah, and just tell them what is happening - they will help you get it going
again without too much trouble.
