My password works just fine when the computer boots up, but if the computer
locks down after idle-time, the system won't accept the very same password. I
have also noticed that the password reset tool will not work because it says
that I am entering an invalid password or username. I have noticed other
people are having the same problem. What can we do? Is this a known issue?
