Internet Shortcuts

Hi

My friend is using windows vista home basic when I create a shortcut on the
desktop using (right click, new, shortcut) I type in a valid address but
when I click on it is says problem with shortcut but yet it still loads the
page. Is there something doing wrong?
(its not a shortcut in the favorites btw)

Re: Internet Shortcuts

Try the other method where you don't manually type the URL. That is, browse
to the page in Internet Explorer. Then choose File > Send > Shortcut to
Desktop. Maybe that'll work. Don't know. But it works OK here in Ultimate
edition.
