password to empowering technology to restore my computer to origin

looking to restore my computer to original state when purchased but it needs
a empowering technolgy password to continue with this.

This is something you will need to contact the maker of the PC to get. Every
PC manufacturer will have a different procedure for restoring the system to
it's original state. They may have a recovery DVD or possibly a hidden
partition on the hard drive that will be used for this procedure.
