Vista - How to authorize LAN users

It seems that to get file sharing to allow access from other computers on my
LAN I need to select "Everyone" in the File Sharing window. How can I setup
a particular user of another computer to have sharing access? That is, what
name do I use in the File Sharing window for a user named JOEBLOW on computer
ZIPPO?

I tried to create an account named ZIPPO/JOEBLOW in User Accounts but got
complaint about the / character.

The only thing you can do is use matching passwords and account names on
each PC. You can't authorize "Zippo\JoeBlow" as a user on the "Bic"
computer. But if users have matching names and passwords on all computers
in your network you should be able to access shares across the network.
