"ACCEPT CONTROL"

Whenever I am trying to change or slicl into a contol area, I get this
message

"The service cannot accept control messages at this time" Can anyone tell
me why this is, The computer shows me as the admisitrator? Anyhelp would be

You need to post details about exactly what you are doing when the error
occurs?

Sorry, but "slicl into a contol area" doesn't tell us much?
