| Guest | Vista to Vista user account migration on the same PC Hi, After only 3 months using my brand new Dell XPS with Windows Vista, my profile got corrupted. Can't start Windows media player, McAffed starts but I get only the window's frame, the sidebar shows only blank gadget, etc. I did a simple test: creating a new account. It works fine. I wish I can just fix my current account but after spending hours with Dell on the phone it looks like to only option is to move everything on the new account. Is there any tool, features, applet, tricks to make this migration as painless as possible? To migrate my Outlook, Messenger, wallpaper, config etc... all-at-once ? |
