Full administrative access

I am the only user on my new Dell PC and as such I am an administratror. I
have turned off UAC but still seem to get asked for administrative permission
when installing programmes. The latest one is a Driving Test disk and it says
I don't have full administrative access. Is there anyway to stop this
happening as I need this software?

Many regards
Tom

Turn UAC back on so the compatibility features will work properly. Try
running the install with a combination of XP compatibility and Run as
administrator.
