    Services request permission

I am running the 64 bit version of Windows Vista on my new ASUS computer and
every time I log in two of their driver files ask for administrative
permission to run. They are aaCenter.exe & AsLoader.exe. ASUS says they will
not correct this problem. How can I either correct the problem myself or
remove them without creating additional problems. I found a number of entries
for them in the registry but don't understand which are siginicant or what
needs to be changed. An example for aaCenter is:
    Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows
    NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers. Any advice?
