Authorization

I have just had my PC rebuilt with a new motherboard, processor and a couple
of memory sticks but used the existing HDD. When I tried to authenticate
Vista it said it was already in use buy another user. I am hoping it my
alterego and my old PC. How do I 'reauthorize' my legit version of Vista?

Re: Authorization

You will need to use the telephone option for activation. When you do, the
first thing will be an automated telephone activation. That will almost
certainly also fail but at that point you have the option to talk to a
person. When you explain your position, that person will be able to get you
activated.
