Windows Vista Welcome Screen

Hey there,

Is there any way to open the run dialog box or the command line (cmd.exe) at
Windows Vista Welcome Screen before you login into any user?

I knew this was possible but i forgot how to do it. Could someone please
tell me?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Re: Windows Vista Welcome Screen

No. That would rather defeat the whole point of having only properly
authenticated users execute programs.

If you think it's possible, you'll have to tell us how to compromise
the security in this fashion.

I think he is talking about starting in safe mode using CMD.com but
you still have to log on. In xp it F8, when booting up the computer
but I do not know about Vista.

Re: Windows Vista Welcome Screen

Your better than us if you deduced THAT from the OP (and it's correct), I
saw no mention of safe mode.
