Root Admin Privileges

I am currently using windows vista 64bit and I created a admin privileged user account. however, after installing 3DS Max 9 i found out that the only way for it to run is to use the actual Administrator account. is there any way for me to give full Root Admin access to the secondary account?

Czantis

I don't have a solution for you except to ask if you have contacted the
maker of that software to check for any known issues?

One other thing. Have you ever wondered why a program that is designed to
perform 3d modeling and rendering needs to have full administrator
privileges to run on your computer?
