Vista - Is the WinVista have built-in freezing state?

Wolve Angel n/a posts	Is the WinVista have built-in freezing state? Is this posible not using a third party (e.g. DeepFreezed). I discover in WinVista doing a partition not using a third party programs (e.g. Partition Magic).
