| | Welcome Window I have 2 user accounts (A and B)on my computer. A few days ago when i started up my computer the accounts shown on the welcome window doubled. I know have 4 user accounts (A, B, A, B) showing. The problem with this is that my account that i use requries my finger print to get into but that requirement only works on one of the duplicates, the other one you can just click on and it opens. does anyone know how I can change it back to just having the 2 user accounts? |

| | Re: Welcome Window Spaceangel There have been several users recently who were experiencing this same problem. They all seem to have the following in common. 1. They all had a fingerprint reader installed. 2. They were all using the OmniPass software. This behavior appears to be a conflict between a windows update and the OmniPass software. Here is the only response to the question 'how did you solve the problem? Please let us know if this helps. -- Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Shell/User "spaceangel_2003" <spaceangel_2003@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:836CC626-B46E-40B6-85B5-BA47BACDDA7E@xxxxxx Quote: >I have 2 user accounts (A and B)on my computer.
