Vista - 2nd user account same PC

i have recently created a second user account on my windows vista buisness
pc--- no problems in creating it but it has created problems elsewhere.
my problems are that Norton 360 and Acronis true immage are not loading with
the 2nd user account also that the norton anti-spam is not integrating with
outlook.
can any one suggest what i have not done and how i can resolve the problems
of non integration.
i also have office buisness 2007 on my PC.
