| | How do I enable admin for command window? I need to run chkdsk on a 500GB disk (NTFS) since it hangs when doing it on startup. I am trying to do it in a command window as a user logged in as administrator (on the local machine) in Vista Ultimate (64 bit), but get the error "unable to run chkdsk without elevated privileges." How do I run a command window as an admin (I thought I was already logged into an administrator user account)? Thank you, |
