    Robert

Your not the first one to have problems with that junky program.

Your best bet is to perform a system restore back to a point before you
    installed that program.

Do you have User Account Control disabled?

I have the same problem; however, I tried a System Restore and it DID NOT
correct the problem. I also disabled User Account Control and that didn't
help. How do I fix this?

If system restore doesn't get rid of spy shredder, you may need to use other
methods. Here are a couple of links that should help.

Been to all sites you listed and I have removed all traces of SpyShredder.
No change in my problem. The spyware is gone but the damage it left behind
    remains.

When you are the victim of an infection as intrusive as this, cleaning up
your computer can be very daunting.
You may just need to bite the bullet, save all of your important data, wipe
the hard drive and clean install the OS.
