Vista - Bought Danish upgrade of Windows Visat Ultimate

I just bought an upgrade of my Windows XP Professional and wants to upgrade
it to Vista Ultimate. I run this upgrade program from the Net, and I got the
message, that it was ready to upgrade.
I bought this upgrade in a danish store and I bought Vista Ultima - I did
not see, that it was a danish version, and went home and than try to install
this. The results was, that my XP is english version, so I cannot upgrade.
The Store will not refund or change it, because they say, that the box - off
course has been opened.
What can I do with my danish version?

You can
1. - use it to upgrade a Danish XP
or
2. use it to perform a clean install on your PC - a process covered in this
group and on the web extensively.
