Activation

I recently intalled a new mobo and as a result I reinstalled windows xp first
and then used my retail version of Vista home premium upgrade. I am now
getting a message saying my product key is already in use and now I cannot
activate windows. How can I fix this?

Re: Activation

Gary

The activation wizard is telling you that the product key is in use because
it is in use by you. You simply need to read that screen and use the show me
other ways to activate. Use the telephone option and you will be given a
toll free number to call. The first part of the call will be an automatic
activation, when this fails, just stay on the line and a representative will
answer and activate the system for you.
