MMC Console

I recently got a new notebook with Windows vista installed on it, i need to
have the MMC connect with the active directory, i have loaded the
adminpak2003 but i still cannot get the snapins to work or make it connect
with active directory, any suggestions.

You need to register s series of dll's. Open command prompt as
administrator and use this site as reference.

I think I copied and pasted them into the command prompt and it worked fine.
You still do not get the group policy tab but all else seems to work fine.
