Can't log on as administrator on Vista.
I removed my user from the administrators group and now when I try to do
anything it's promt for administrator access but it doesn't give the option
to put the administrator password.

can you please assist,

Boot from your DVD
Choose the Repair Option in the Right Corner
At the Tools Screen, choose System Restore
Pick the most recent Restore Point that was before you demoted your account.

After the Restore Point is used, the account is back as part of the
Administrator
